Not sure what happened, but there was an update from ver 7.1.0.4414 to 7.1.1.4472. It came up as an update when I started the program. Long story short, new version produced an error that Edge could not create a file in the AppData folder and would not slice the file I was working on. I decided to uninstall the newer version and reinstall the previous. Now, the program crashes before it completely loads. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the previous version and the new version with the same results. I’m at my wits end. Can someone help me out with this?

私はFirefoxを使っていますが問題なくダウンロード出来てインストールできます。
(Netscapenavigatorに敬意を表して いまだに使用してます。
)
他のブラウザーでもダメならPC側の問題かもしれませんね。
原因を探る方法としてご検討ください。
Unable to reproduce the error, I recommend you to
- Backup your custom profiles
- Using the control panel remove all Creality Print versions you have installed.
- Manually remove the folders:
- c:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\crealityprint_model
- c:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Creality\Creality Print
- c:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Creality
- c:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Creality
- Then install latest Creality Print version.
- Restore your custom profiles.
