Haven’t used my printer for some weeks, and yesterday when I tried to load creality print it won’t load, it hangs on the loading configuration image. Can’t even close it, have to hard reset the pc to get out.
Have tried the latest version and some older ones. None of them work.
I’m on windows 11
Tried running as admin, no luck.
Tried to add it in defender as an app not to block, no luck.
Anyone experienced something like this?
I have the same problem. I’ve tried installing it on another PC and the same thing happens.

The most recent version that worked for me is V5.0.3.8744
No luck yet here. Have ordered a new laptop because it is not good. Have used the second to the newest version earlier and that worked fine. Dont know why it doesn’t work anymore.
Did not try a much older version.
