Has there been a fix to this issue? Ive got a brand new scanner and when i connect crscan to my new windows laptop i get the warning triangle in device maanger. Because the laptop is so new i cant uninstall the problematic update. I have connected the scanner to my phone and opened the creality scan app and it doesnt ask to update the firmware. Whats the fix to get it to work?
Turns out i was not connecting to the device in the correct way and there was a firmware update needed. All resolved.
