Creality Scan Craps Out During Laser Scan Initialization

I’m able to connect my Raptor X to Creality scan on my Lenovo T14 Gen 5 without issue and I can start an Infrared Mode scan. Works great.

However if I try to start a Blue Laser Mode scan the “Initializing” text stays on the screen until the app effectively stops trying to initialize and tells me I can either send logs to Creality or restart the app.

I had no issues with my previous HP Elitebook 645 G10 and both are using AMD Radeon graphics.

I tried upgrading the Lenovo graphics to the Adrenaline Edition but no changes.

I allocated the max of 8GB of RAM to the graphics card in case the 1GB it had was causing problems but no change there either.

I’m using the same image for the new Lenovo as I was for the HP - the only change is the hardware.

Has anyone run into this and gotten around it?
