Creality scan not even starting on clean windows insta

Hi all,

for my scan ferret pro, i tried installing creality scan on an lenovo ideacentre 5 , i5, internal uhd graphics, 16gb desktop.

the desktop has a cean install of win 10 on it with all lenovo specific drivers installed and all win updates done.

when i start creality scan, i get a black screen with an animation of a revolving white square in the middle and nothing else, no errors, no notices, just nothing happens. the firewall is off.

the exact same issue happen in this desktop when i installed win11 on it. creality scan does not start. at all.

im at a total loss, as on my laptop it works but not on this desktop

Ok i installed Nvidia Driver and it works :slight_smile:

i have no seperate video card in it. just the intel internal graphics. but strangely i have another desktop that has internal graphics only and on that desktop it works. but unfortunatly it only is a N100 processor
