Just got my Ferret Pro and was able to scan using the WiFi through my phone. However when i connect using my laptop either via WiFi or through USB3.0 i never see any video on the screen and I never see any of the frames go up. Laptop is a HP Envy, Intel Core i7-7500CPU 2.7Ghz. 12GB of RAM, 64bit win10 22H2. Also the software never completes the Performance Test, stops at 51% and never goes past that. I also tried to transfer a file from my phone to the computer which transfer completes but the PC crashes at 27% when importing the image. HELP!
Well at least you can connect some how I just bought a Creality CR Raptor scanner and it does not connect at all First I tried to connect to my windows 10 laptop removed all the windows updates that they recommended still nothing. Then I tried on my old 2010 Mac book pro but the update is to old and would not work Then I read that you can update with Android phone so I bought an secondhand phone and still would not connect I then learned that the ram must be as big as possible so the firs phone had 4GB then today I went and bought a second android with ram of 12GB and still would not connect Creality says they will send me a new cable it might be the issue To day they told me that it shows up in device manager but only the depth camera has the warning and I must update the scanner … Really? it does not connect to anything to do the firmware update If I managed to get the firmware updated I would not be here and spend money on buying old phones to get it working. It is very frustrating Sorry for not answering your question but I just had to get it of my chest and hope someone can find a permanent solution for the Raptor scanners
