Im trying to transfer scans from my phone to my laptop so I can manipulate them in Creality Scan, the most recent update. When I try to transfer them, the QR code on the laptop will not generate…l just get the spinning wheel of death. It worked yesterday and for weeks before. I have uninstalled it, reinstalled and updated, same result. I have checked permissions and both private and public are allowed
Any ideas on how to fix it?
