Hello EVERYONE

I bought a K2 Pro printer

When I download creality slicer not work on surface 11 pro

, I can’t run the program, and an error message appears.

I download the last version but not working

My device runs win 11

SnapDragon X Elite Processor

Is there a solution to this problem?!

Hello ! CrealitySlicer or CrealityPrint ?

CrealitySlicer is a very old software so it would not be surprising at all :sweat_smile:
Nowadays, we’re using CrealityPrint instead. As your computer is in Windows 11…It should work though :thinking:

Or you may have to use the emulator of microsoft for that : How emulation works on Arm | Microsoft Learn
