Creality Software for A1 10w

Hi everyone. Can someone tell me what the operating system requirements are for the software that came with the machine. I have downloaded to my laptop but it evidently does not have the correct processor and ram.

I’m currently using Lightburn on the same laptop with no problems but I would like to compare the 2 before buying the lightburn license.

Any input would be appreciated.

You might want to tell everyone what your operating system is, amount of ram, make and model. You can use google to find out but here it is:To run Falcon Design Space (a laser engraving software), you need a Windows PC with a dual-core CPU, 4GB of RAM, and 2GB of free disk space
