Creality SpacePi X4 problem - Spool not spinning

Hey there.

I’m having big problems with my Space Pi x4. See, I have 2 spools connected to 2 Bambulabs H2S. I connected the PLA 1.75 through PTFE tubes to the Bambulabs. I made sure there were no tight radius, no hard connextions, no bending points… I even got the exit of the Creality to the same level than the entrance of the Bambulabs. For no reason, my spools will block themselves and stop spinning, with no knots. I thought this could be an issue of PTFE tubes, so I tried printing with no PTFE tube (direct connexion creality to Bambulab) but still it happened. I dont know why the Creality can be blocking the spools from turning. I get the message “spools are blocked or empty”. They are not empty and they should be able to move. I’m unsure on what to do now.

Thank you in advance

Just to clarify: I’m using SmartMaterials3D spools

put your dryer higher than the printer.

I have already done this and it is not the solution to the problem. Ty anyways.
