Creality Support destroyed me

I had replies like that, but that is as far as they care and escalating the case does not mean a thing if it isn’t actually cared about.

From eBay I received a K1 max with extruder and tool head defect and a CFS-C multi colour print system with half the parts missing, the most essential parts it needs to work. That instantly shut my business down. Now it has been killed and I look a complete amateur who couldn’t deliver what was promised. Creality has destroyed the last shot of a wheelchair bound hobbyist. I am so glad I didn’t buy the £600 scanner I intended to add once this setup was running.

It is now 6 weeks later, I have lost £1280 in revenue and lost most of my client list. Did creality care? nope. Nearly £1000 spent for a big paper weight and CFS-C. It has crushed a business that took me 12 months to build up with a decent client list. I begged them to get me the parts, and I mean begged. It was humiliating to be 100% blanked by creality.

Creality rep asked me the same thing over and over and over almost to the point it felt like a prank. No matter how many times I made it clear what was missing, again I was asked “what is missing” the next day. The next states it’s sent. I tell my clients “any day now”. 5 days later…. I asked for update or tracking number but instead the reply was “tell us what is missing”. I now look like a liar to my clients who needed these models.

Every other word I wrote was completely ignored, literally every single word apart from what was missing. Even telling them I am a wheelchair bound disabled man with a nerve disorder. So building a custom sculpting and 3D model design is damn painful. Now every single one was for nothing BECAUSE of creality. I am so angry about this and if I had the money, I would 100% sue them for loss of earnings and physical and mental torture.

Couple days ago I get told “sorry, the rep you spoke to is no longer with the company” and then proceeded to speak exactly the same as them so I think that was a lie or the customer support is entirely A.I? Either way, they are dead inside. Why isn’t this viral yet? people need to be protected from this ever happening to them.

Then I finally thought it was here just to find they only sent half of what was needed. Now it is irrelevant when I receive the last vital part for the printer and CFS because I have no reason to use it. I bought it especially for the designs I had built, so what use is it to me now when I have lost my entire business because of creality customer service, if you can call it that. So once I get everything or IF I get it, all of it is going to be sold and I will spread this entire story like wildfire. I may only have a modest 16 thousand followers, but they will repost and spread it. Every message with all creality reps and video proof of the damage caused by them to my life and equipment.

I just received a message telling me the last part is on it’s way and asked if I can be a little PATIENT?. This is the level of responding DILLIGAF that gets peoples jaws broken. Quite literally could not give a flying fork about the customers as long as they already have our money. If I bought a cable, sure, no biggie. But spend over £1000 with another £1000 ready to spend on more K1’s after the client list is completed, I then would have the money to buy another printer/CFS combo.

In 35 years I have NEVER come across a more disrespectful company with the weakest customer support I have ever had the misfortune to witness. I have tried to get the contact info for the creality legal team or a dedicated area to complain to someone who gives a fork.

There has to be a way to get justice here surely? this is disgusting.

Creality acts like Trump owns it.

Like I said, 6 weeks to send me a filament detector and cable. Both are needed for the printer to function, which means they have never been used. Just big shiny paper weights.

I just want to know if anyone here can answer WHY are they like this? Why do they blank out every word said to them almost as if they are AI made to find keywords. Has anyone ever been able to successfully get their attention to actually care about a customer at all? This has driven me insane, mad, sad, tearful, angry, despair, in pain and now blank, cried out. I am dead inside looking at thousands of hours worth of work gone up in smoke needlessly.

My disability is already an asshole to me, I didn’t deserve this from creality on top.

Who was the seller on Ebay?

In many countries the (re)seller is the one you talk to for warranty… I had once a broken part what was replaced by the reseller the next day…

I have tried contacting, they are all the same. Either no answer or a lie. Their favourite is “not our fault, contact a different Creality rep”.

No matter who I call or attempt to contact, I am met with crickets or straight up lies. I have never experienced anything like it from any manufacturer.

I am STILL waiting to receive the sensor and cable kit even though I have been repeatedly told “it’s on its way”…days later “You never told us what is missing” for 5 weeks.

The latest is the guy saying I didn’t circle the filament run-out sensor cable. I only circled the run-out detector part box…… I almost lost the will to live. The cable is in the box with the sensor. It is rolled up next to it.

Then they told me I cannot use any other filament than PLA, which I knew was wrong. Only TPU or similar. These are what creality called “Engineers” who blatantly have no knowledge on creality products.

I have tried every contact type possible for creality. Crickets….

Now I am reverse engineering the cables and connectors I need to make my own cable and module with a replacement board. Needs a new extruder motor so I have to add that now. The money I have lost over this is sickening.

Same, that happened when I first bought the K1 max. It had extruder issues and it was sorted in under 3 days. I used a different vendor for the CFS-C. They are the ones who sent me half a package and firmware that was corrupt on the USB. It auto updated the machine which essentially killed it off. Now there are issues, that same first seller is blaming the other like I am but that doesn’t help me in any way.

Nothing but false promises.

creality-official-uk is the name of the vendor. Creality.co.uk repeatedly sends me back to the vendor assuring me they will fix it. No matter how many times I email them back, they say that exact thing over and over. Even though I tell them the seller is doing squat to get me the rest of a package that should be sealed.

that certainly does not seem like an official creality shop, you need to reach out to ebay as they have buyer protections, it’s not really a creality problem

It has been validated by creality themselves, it is a legit seller. That is why I am so confused over the sheer lack of giving a fork from them after finding it. It was creality-uk that kept sending me back to them even though they were not doing what creality told them to do.

just raise a ticket with ebay, and ask for a return for a full refund - this should be something ebay can help with, as it’s a seller and not creality

I started the return but cancelled it after creality told me the seller is a licensed creality rep, not to worry they have been told to solve my issue. Then offered a partial refund to have my feedback removed.

I trusted them and they played a smart move. Cancel the return and it’s over with ebay. It also removed the negative feedback I left for them. So it is a creality issue, not ebay any more.

not sure why you are so offended, was just giving you my thoughts, from what i know creality does have an official uk ebay store, but that’s not where you purchased from, it seems to me that you bought from someone posing as the creality official store - i’m not saying you’re trying to scam, what i’m suggesting is that you might have been tricked by a seller - that is not actually creality, the actual creality ebay store is uk-creality-official-store, and not the one you bought from…

what i suggested is what i would have done if i were on your shoes, which is immediately return something that was not delivered correctly, you chose to go another route, it’s up to you

and by the way insulting others is not the best way to get help, so best of luck
