CrealityPrint_6.0.4 does not see user profiles of plastic. Yesterday I created a plastic profile, printed with it, and today I do not see it. In general, even the section with user profiles disappeared, only the section with system profiles remained.
In my settings directory, there is this profile, but I do not see it in the program.

I had same problem as you. I was going to post in the forum yesterday as i was so annoyed with this lack of updating configurations. @Optimus
In the end I just reloaded and created them again otherwise I probably would have been banned
There is always something they miss when publishing updates.

Unfortunately, the thing is that the user profiles section itself disappeared, both in filaments and in processes. They themselves are on the disk. I deleted and installed 6.0.2, the profiles appeared.
Create user presets (models, consumables, and processes) without logging in to the account. After logging in to the account, user presets created without logging in to the account will be hidden.Are you logged in to your account when you do this?

Would it be a good idea when CP6 loads it defaults to the home page so we can see we are still logged in (like BL). or alternatively put a “logged in” on the headline/ strap line.
I did not realise I was logged out. MY IOS app is always logged in.

No, I was logged into my account in both cases. I’m sure about the first case, because the profiles were created in my user directory. And in the second case, I even logged out and logged back into my account.
Can you log out again and see if your user presets are still there? Project presets are not saved, if it is convenient, please send us an operation video, so that we can better see and help you find the problem

Using desktop app / Load / still logged in / no project loaded
All users presets in filaments and nozzle are available in 0.4 and 0.6 nozzle selections in printer settings
Log out of CP6
No user presets available in nozzle settings settings (0.4 nozzle 0.20mm std created as user). (0.4 nozzle user missing)
User presets available in filament settings (correct)
Load previous saved .3mf file
Login in and all available user and projects presets available
Logout of CP6
Reload same .3mf saved file
when selecting 0.6 nozzle all user and project presets available (correct)
When selecting 0.4 nozzle NO user presets available for nozzle selection (0.4 nozzle 0.20mm std created as user) - (missing)
When selecting 0.4 nozzle user presets available for filament selection (correct)

It’s hard for me to make a video because I rolled back to an earlier version. I’m still working with it. And I don’t want to clean up various settings in windows again for a clean installation of Creality Print if everything breaks again when installing 6.0.4

Here, most likely, you have project presets, not user presets, that are triggered.
