I am trying to install the firmware update for my Ferret Pro wireless bridge. When I connect to to the Ferret Pro wireless bridge wi-fi on my Mac, CrealityScan only sees the scanner device and only if I have connected a USB-C cable. When I connect my Mac to the Ferret Pro wireless bridge Wi-Fi, CrealityScan does not recognize any devices. How do I get CrealityScan on the Mac to recognize my wireless bridge so that I can update the firmware? Looking forward.
