If you think buying from the official website is safe, it’s not. No warranty, no replacement, and idiots working in customer service. They sent me a faulty Halot X1 and haven’t been able to send me a replacement for two months. They’re offering a Halot R6 instead, which is four times cheaper. If you’re going to buy anything from @April Xie

I don’t think the store will read it here in the Halot sub-forum. The forum here is more like a community forum if you want tips or to show what you made etc.
