CX2573: x-axis homing abnormality

Hi all,
I am a fresh owner of Hi Combo. The set-up and first couple of prints went great. Then I start to get an error CX2573 at starting of any new print and at self-check. I checked for any obstructions. I check the connections and everything seems to be fine. I greased all the guide rails. I reset the to printer to the factory settings. The problem still apprears. It looks like the movements of the header are limited or maybe even impossible. At every self-check it looks the same: the head moves an inch up, as it is trying to go to z-axis home position, and then stops and reports error CX2573.
I don’t know what more I could test. Is there maybe a way to check if motor is working correctly? Because I am starting to think that it has an issue.
I will be glad for every advice or suggestion what else I could check.

In detailed log I found a message “no trigger on x after full movement”, but I still don’t know where the problem is

Most likely, there is no signal from the limit switch on the X axis. The limit switch is located on the left of the print head. Limit switches are needed to determine the location of the absolute zero coordinates of the print head. For this purpose, parking on three axes occurs first, and only then the print head can move along the coordinates specified by the computer.

I checked this limit switch and it works fine. I tested it with multimeter and also I triggered it manually by homing process which caused this process to continue. But the print head didn’t move in x-axis, which probably means that there something wrong with x-axis motor. I tried to take this motor out, so I could test if works without any resistance, but it is impossible without taking off the belt. Or is there maybe a different way to do it?

watch a youtube video on replacing the x-axis rail guide. You will need to remove the print head. And you will have access to the plate that closes the ends of the belt.

Yes, I did it. I couldn’t find there anything unusual  The belt seams to be correct. I still think there is a problem with x-motor.

я писал как снять ремень, чтобы можно было снять мотор. У вас проблема по мотору либо плате управления этим мотором, либо с контактами проводов. Тут уже не обойтись без мультиметра.

Google Translate:
I wrote how to remove the belt so that you could remove the motor. You have a problem with the motor or the control board of this motor, or with the wire contacts. You can’t do without a multimeter here.
