So far I’ve used Creality slicer and I keep getting the Y axis motion coordinate are out of range. But when I slice in Orca it prints ok. But it’s not letting me print a 3MF file in multi color this has happen after the update. With Creality slicer nor the Orca

I have the same issue and I filed a ticket with product support.
What update? CP or Firmware of printer? If it is after update of CP, try an older version…
I still don’t understand why people update firmware when printer is working perfect! I haven’t updated my printers for a long long time… I need them to print not being pretty on a shelf…
Mr_MBR we have issues with it, your experience and how you use your product do not help on the issues we have. Mine came updated to latest firmware, and not working as expected.
PS i have the same problems.
