My guess would be a CFS unit that dries filament.

It looks like the symbols displayed for the K2 Pro means that it has an active heated chamber with the ability to heat up to 60°C. for printing materials such as ABS and ASA to name a couple.

Is it more powerful than the K2 Plus, or at least recirculating?

About the same power except for acceleration and a couple other differences . It’s also not as big as the K2 Plus. Smaller footprint and price which might be better suited for some workplaces.
