Deliver Problems

I have 5 Creality Printers, I bought my newest one 3 days ago, but the delivery address is wrong, I have tried to contact through the contact us link, to cs@creality.com and explained the problem but I get NO reaction from them at all, the chat box is AI so that always leads to nothing other than questions and NO answers
Next time I will order through Ebay because I bought the first 4 through Ebay and the delivery was rock solid.

What now? The place they are sending the package to is 800 Kilometers from where I am.
