Good evening lads,
So i purchased a scanner and some additional items from europe. Delivery never left the germany, and it got returned back to creality. I tried live chat but I never seem to have contact with a human, no matter how long I wait. I opened a ticket, but it got closed with no comments from creality. I send an email and got no reply. Mind you, I spend more than a thousand euros, so I would expect some sort of profesionalism from creality. Have anyone encountered this issue? Any tips of what I can do more? Any help is appreciated.
I will be opening a dispute soon through paypal, but it is a shame I was really looking forward for the scanner.
