Different hot end temperature for different filament colors?

Stupid question probably: I am using Creality Hyper Filament, both black and white, and I cannot help thinking that the structural strength of the prints with the white filament is significantly higher, It’s as if the ball filament would need a higher temperature to properly bond the the previous layer. Is that possible? And if so, is it possible to change the nozzle temperature in the the Creality Slicer? I haven’t found an option for that there.

Thank you,

Mathias

Hello @Mawis-Bikes …!

Welcome to the Creality Forum…! Creality

I can answer the second part of your question about setting the filament temps. You can make custom settings here:

On the top right in Creality Print :arrow_heading_down:

Next click on the pencil icon :arrow_heading_down:

This will take you to where you can customize the settings you need. :arrow_heading_down:

When you save these settings try to give them a unique name so you will remember that you changed the temps. The generic name will be “xxxxxx copy”
