Anyone here tried to mimic rainbow/gradient filament by continuously changing colors without flushing/purging/prime tower to get a rainbow/gradient effect?

The problem I am having with it is that it still does a small purge even though I set the flush to 0.00
Is there a way around this so that I get that mix of colors?
