That was a real answer, but the part I need isn’t there. Creality is amazingly hard to get in contact with. Today I called Kenwood on a different issue. In minutes I had an actual human that spoke English. The part was ordered in minutes.
I can’t remember the last time I could understand what they were saying was,

I called Kenwood for a car stereo part. They sell parts. Creality should not be allowed to sell thier junk in the US especially if you can’t buy parts for them.
Myself mail them when i need something. I always ask for advise what i can do to fix it and mostly the next day the answer. Had some problem with the 5 way splitter under the cfs. Have asked what to do, in the mean time i fixed it my self with some washers and clue. Have gave them a update with advise how the can prevent it in the future and that the can close the Ticket because it works fine now. yesterday there was a package with the part i already fixed. My experience i give them a 8/10. -1 point because some times you need to explain the same twice and -1 because 24 hours response is long when you want a answer. I have needed them 4 times. There are company s that give you a answer within 2 hours but after that it takes way longer before the offer you a solution.
Most parts you can find on ali express and you can ask the seller of other parts if the got or can find the part you need. Most sellers are really helpful. Most important when you buy in China be polite and humble i looked what the Chinese New Year wooden snake and use that to wish them and the family good things. After that is really important to ask them so send it as quick a possible sometimes that can be a problem in China and your part wil lay in a box for a couple of days.
