I have 2 identical Ender 3 S1 Pro’s. Both are using the same code and are trying to print the same file. One printer has no issues, but the other won’t use the mesh.
I just have plain G29 after G28, and it probes the bed to make the mesh.
When it goes to print the nozzle is too low on one end which squishes the filament, and too high on the other, indicating that it doesn’t use the mesh.
The bed is leveled to under .4 or .3 mm variance, although out of the box the bed mount was very bent.
