Door Fell off my K2 Plus

I am new to printing. I bought the K2 Plus Combo in the beginning of Nov 2025. It took about a week to ship. I opened the box about 3 days later to set it up and as I removed the plastic wrap around the unit, the glass door just dropped to the concrete. It did not break, but some scratches. It was several days before they actually responded after calling the number and emailing. Calling was impossible unless there is a better number. So far I am really unhappy with customer service. They sent me a new door, and as of today it has been about 30 days. It shows it has been shipped over 2 weeks ago. Not sure why it took 2 weeks to send it, then now over 2 weeks in shipping. They must have put that thing on the back of a Donkey to bring it. They should have quick shipped it. Needless to say I have very little faith in the Creality customer service. Sure I could fix the door, but I shouldn’t have to on an item I paid $1200 for. Does anyone have any advise on how to contact Creality customer service more efficiently for any future problems. Thanks
