Dryer not helping my filament

I bought the Creality filament dryer that holds 2 spools. I am trying to dry Hyper PLA Spring and it doesn’t seem to work. I read up and have it cracked open to help with the RH%. Lowest I can get it is 22. I let my filament dry for 8 hours and it couldn’t even run one layer of the inside squares for the print. I then let it dry for 12 hours and the same problem. Am I doing something wrong? It doesn’t list Hyper PLA as an option so I am using the PLA - CF. I am leaving the filament in the dryer as I print in order to keep it dry since it is spring and we have a lot of rain and humidity right now

So I dryed it for 18 hours and than did a 22min print and this is what I got

Looks more like a partial nozzle clog than a humidity issue

Do you leave the filament in the dryer? I learned the hard way, the dryer does not keep the filament dry. You have to take it out after the drying session and store the filament in an air tight container with lots of dessicant. The “filioment dryer” is just a convection oven.
