Effect of graphics card performance on Creality-Scan data processing speed

I own CR-Scan Raptor 3D Scanner
Now I’m building a new computer for quick work with Creality Scan v3.2.24.
i7-13700KF + Board GIGABYTE Z790 GAMING X AX + 2x32GB DDR5 + 1TB SSD NVMe-PCIe 5.0x4.

Important Question about choosing a graphics card:

I have available
A) GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3060 GAMING OC 12G (rev.2.0), LHR, 12GB GDDR6 bus 192bit (GV-N3060GAMING OC-12GD 2.0)
B) GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 4060 WINDFORCE OC 8G, 8GB GDDR6 bus 128bit (GV-N4060WF2OC-8GD)

What will have a greater effect on the speed of Creality Scan?
I mean the speed in the post-processing of the data, (I don’t mean the scan time!)
More memory of variant A) (12GB vs. 8GB) OR slightly higher performance of variant B) = RTX 4060 despite having a third less memory? (only 8GB)

Of course, I can also get a more powerful model, but it is twice as expensive.
C) GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 4070 WindForce OC 12GB bus 192bit (GV-N4070WF3OC-12GD)
Or, on the contrary, buy an older industrial standard from 2019
==> NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000 has “only” 8 GB of memory, but 256-bit bus width and “QUADRO”

Thank you very much in advance for the advice and information on choosing a graphics card

Have you seen this video. It shows how to confirm cr-scan is using the right video card.
