Elephant's Foot and Brim Don't Play Nice Together

When adding a brim, I noticed that the elephant’s foot compensation caused the brim to disconnect from the first layer of the model.

As a workaround I had to turn the brim-object-gap to 0 and slowly turn down the elephant’s foot compensation till it connected with the brim.

Expected behavior is the brim inner distance starts from the elephant’s foot compensated perimeter instead of strictly the model’s.

Depending on the part to print I add a chamfer of 0.5mm tot the bottom, then I don’t have to compensate for elephant foot… adding a chamfer isn’t always possible, but I also don’t need a brim all the time (99,9% of my prints are without!).
