Enabling Support, but not everywhere

We recently experimented w/embossing our logo on the bottom of the print.
But if we enable support, the “Creality Print” slicing software fills in the lines and letters.
We do need supports on some other parts of the print.

Question: Is there anyway to choose where and when the slicing software adds supports ?
Like, only have supports above 3mm ?

u can manually draw support in the area you need.

Is this done in the slicing software ?
Do you have an example on how to do that ? (Video, document …)
If I can draw, can I delete support drawn by the Slicing software ?
