I’m getting the blue screen. The printer was given to me by a nephew. He did not five me the original SD card. I have check the cable it is seated correctly. I have disconnected the metal screen bracket from the printer’s metal frame. It is a V4.2.2 motherboard. It did one print perfectly; I removed the print and turned off the machine. When I turned it back on it went to blue screen and has done nothing since.
I would like to create a SD card. Will that help? Where do I download the software?
