The bed on my Ender V3 KE heats unevenly. Models placed outside the middle of the bed do not print properly.
I don’t know whether this is a design fault, or just a problem with my printer.
The solution I’ve discovered is to ensure that a part of the model is within a radius of roughly 30mm of the centre of the bed. If the whole model is outside that the bed heat is not enough to keep it in place.
Be wary of using the automatic arrangement feature in Creality Print 6, if you’re printing because sometimes it places models completely outside the heated area.
I hope that this helps someone to save wasted time and filament.
