Ender 3 leveling problem

Hello,

I have a problem with the bed leveling.
Printer: Ender 3 + Sprite pro + CR Touch + Board 4.2.2
Firmware: Marlin 2.1.3. with custom made configuration

When I start printing, autoleveling is OK but before the printing starts, the nozzle hits the bed hard. On the display I see, Z-5.
Z offset is set up with the wizard
