Hi Forum,
Our Makerspace’s Max 3 Neo will not start. When powered up the control screen stops at the splash screen. We have removed our Octoprint Pi from the printer and attempted to reload the firmware to the mainboard and to the control screen board. What should we try next? Do you think we should replace the main board and/or the control board?
