Did few upgrades to ensure printer requires minimal intervention, ran quieter and was more stable in general
microswiss ng direct drive
mgn12 rails on all axes
double z axis with sfu1204 ballscrews on fk10 and ff10, had to replace v profiles on z axis: 2040 got replaced with 4040, 2020 on top replaced with 4020.
bltouch
bigtreetech skr e3 v3 mainboard with raspberry pi 4b running klipper
magnetic PEI build plate
blue springs which are much tighter
drag chains to avoid entanglement
all custom parts machined out of 5083 and 6061 aluminium alloys.
what can be improved next? any possible flaws you guys see on this approach?
