Ender 3 NEO not working with Nebula Pad

Is the nebula pad compatible with the ender 3 neo? not v2 or max, just neo.

But. Could I somehow force compatibility?

According to the Creality store website it is compatible with the Neo. here

May I ask how you installed it wrong? It may help others.

Just mis-select the .bin file. For the ender 3 neo it is necessary to use the firmware_Nebula_Pad
and use another
