Unfortunately I am afraid you will find that help on this forum is pretty slow. I am a retired CNC tech. Since you have already replaced the home switch and that didn’t help there are a couple of other things you can look at. You said it homes x and y and then Z moves up. Z should move down, not up after x and y are homed. My Ender 3 pro has been modified with a new controller and firmware so I can’t give you specific instructions. But either in the software or maybe a switch on your drive board there should be a way to change the direction of the z axis. If you can manually tell Z to move, see if it moves in the direction you tell it to. I’ll try to remember to check this forum more often to see if I can help you any further.
I had a similar problem when setting my old Ender 3. I had a Bltouch fitted with the switch contacts in the Z limit socket on the control board. I found that I had an open circuit on the switch wiring, ( brocken wire). Worked OK when wire was repaired.
