Hello everyone! I’m new to the forum and I have had my S1 for a year now. It was working great up till now. My issue is when I go to manually level the bed I can get the back of the bed level with a good z-offset, but when I move the nozzle to the front of the bed the paper is now pinched to the point where I can’t move it at all. I have the adjustment knobs tightened all the way down and it’s like they are not really pulling that side of the bed down far enough. When I go to print, the filament just gets squished and won’t fully print the first two or three layers. After that it prints just fine, but this problem keeps coming up. I have adjusted the concentric nuts, adjusted the tension belts and everything seems to be where it needs to be. Has anyone else had this issue or know of something I can try to fix it?
