I am going to install the Pad but am confused about whether to remove the TF card from the display or do I unplug the display then flash the firmware or do I just ignore the display altogether and flash it? Does flashing it with the sd card in the front overwrite the TF card in the display? I think once the Pad is working the display will be obsolete and I can just unplug it. I don’t want to assume anything cuz I know what that does.
The display can be removed. When you flash the printer with the file generated by the sonic pad the new firmware on the printer does not use the display. All information and controls are on the sonic pad screen.
