Ender 3 V2 Bed problem

Hi there,

First time poster (please be kind). Straight to the problem - I’ve been using the Ender 3 V2 for a couple of years, so have had to replace thermistors on the head and bed, and know what those error messages mean. I know my way around this machine by now. I’ve installed JYERS firmware, dual Z motors, direct drive head, filament runout sensor, BLTouch bed leveller, and as said before, multiple thermistor/head heaters.

Here’s a new one to me. Mid-way into a multi-day print, the printer will stop, the head welded to the print, the bed stone cold (although the screen says it’s reading 60). I’ve tried remeshing the STL, re-slicing the g-code multiple times in case its a faulty model, but the problem persists. No error message at all, it just acts like the machine has finished while the head is still buried in the print.

Any clever soul out there that has any ideas or solutions?

Thanks.
