Ender 3 V2 Major Y axis skipping

I have an ender 3 v2. Its upgraded with the Sprite Extruder, CR touch and MRiscoC software. It has been running good until recently where I am getting major Y axis shifting but also very precise shifting.

It started last week, I printed a Top for a box(print failed halfway through due to running out of filament but good besides that)

I filled new filament, retrammed the bed, created another mesh for the CR touch then started the print again. (same exact gcode file, didnt even remove the SD card). The print went through no problems, came out flawless actually (no banding or VFX). Except for the fact for some reason the y axis is exactly 15mm longer then the exact print that failed before(again same gcode). The whole model was stretched and i wouldnt have been able to tell except for the fact i have the old model. The brim and everything was stretched this additional 15mm.

Then I ran an All in one test. First test came out good beside i had my z offset a little tight) Then i ran a second test, the first 5 or so layers came out perfect then all of a sudden the 6th layer shifted 15mm and continued to print (left a large mess as i was not home)

I have no idea where to even start, belt tension seems fine, 15mm seems waay to big for a small skip and its not consitent either. To the point it printed a whole 26 hour print stretched by 15mm but gave no issues. This seems like somehow software related. I am at the point of tossing this printer

May try reloading the software.
