Hi All, I have just upgraded the stock firmware on my 4.2.7 mainboard (STM32F103 RET6 chip) with the mriscoc professional firmware 20240122.
I have dual ‘Z’ axis lead screws installed on my printer along with the timing sync belt at the top, the lead screws were also upgraded from the stock 8mm diameter x 2mm pitch x 8mm lead to a set of 8mm diameter x 2mm pitch x 2mm lead.
Apart from this, everything else on the printer is stock.
Within the firmware I have configured
Bed size x = 225
Bed size Y= 225
X min = -4
Y min = 0
X Max = 230
Y Max = 230
Z Max = 250
Probe X Offset = -45.5
Probe Y Offset = -6
Probe Z Offset = -1.20
Z Speed = 8
Z steps per mm = 1600
When going through the mriscoc calibration guide, from start to finish, I get a problem whenever I try to carry out an autobuild mesh, it starts with an autohome, completes the X and Y axis correctly, then drops down on the Z axis and after triggering the CR touch it just sits there flashing red with the words Stopped on the screen.
Just wondering if anyone is using the mriscoc firmware and experienced this before. This also happens sometimes with just auto home directly.
