Ender-3 V2 Neo has temperature fault requiring reset

Ever since purchasing this printer, I have had an occasional problem with getting an error message stating “Temperature is too low”, the only option is to turn the printer off and restart, sometimes I am able to complete the print while other times I have had to scrap the print/hours and start over. This problem originally occurred maybe once every dozen prints especially higher-temp prints but now seems to happen every other print that requires over an hour print and usually numerous times in the same print. I have replaced the hotend with the Creality replacement kit but still have the same problem.

Ender 3 v2 Neo.
Various filaments, PLA+, ASA, PLA-CF, TPU.
tried numerous temps from 180 to 230
Changed multiple nozzle types and sizes
Checked connections, screws, thermistor has new dielectric grease, etc., etc.

Dodgy thermistor on the bed or the hotend? Double check the connections, connections to the mainboard etc.
