Hey everyone,
I ran into an issue with my Ender 3 V2 Neo. When I power it on, all I get is a beep-beep sound and the start screen, but nothing else happens on the screen, the level sensor was moving. I tried updating the firmware after noticing this problem, but the printer doesn’t seem to respond at all.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on how to fix it? I appreciate any help!

You didn’t mention if this was a brand new printer so I’m not sure if this will help but always check the power supply switch to make sure it’s the right setting for you printer. (220V or 120V)
If this is a well used printer check all the connections as they can loosen up over time because of vibrations and cause problems.
I’m having the same issue! Mine just beeps twice then a non-stop beeeeep until I shut it off. I’ve tried doing the firmware on both the printer and the back of the screen. I guess it’s supposed to turn 2 different colors when flashing the screen but mine just stays black a little while longer then I get the creality screen but nothing forward. I even reached out to creality and they say it’s my screen that’s the issue but I just worked out some cash on the 4.2.7 board thinking that was going to fix it and nothing…i got a new hot end and thermistor I wanted to add on but now I’m afraid to do so (even tho I can’t print) but I’m not sure what firmware I’ll even need after doing so…if anyone has any info it would be greatly appreciated! (Printer is 2yrs old now btw)
