Ender 3 v2 - Replacement Hot End causing banding?

Hello … I recently replaced my hot end because it was starting to cause heating issues.

Now the heating issues are gone but I now see banding in the horizontal surface when printing .. stripes if you like … some thicker, some thinner …

I’m using the same filament as before, same settings as always … normally I get great prints.

What could cause this?

This may be caused by

1. Roller not adjusted correctly. Check for Wable in the hot end.

2. Belt tension. Loos of to tight.

3. Check that the screes holding the hot end are tight.

What’s curious is that the machine printed perfectly before the new hot end .. same belt tension, etc etc. Hot end is tightly in place … it almost looks like a flow issue …. Here are some images … before the first letter was even and smooth, not every letter is banded ….
