HELP!! I’ve been printing with my Ender-3 V2 with a Bowden extrusion, for 9 months…..pretty constant, with no problems. I’ve done some upgrades and maintenance over that time. All worked out well. Then suddenly it started having extrusion issues mid print periodically. Since then I’ve changed everything from the nozzle all the way to, and including, the extruder motor. The only thing not changed has been the parts cooling fan and the hot end cooling fan. The hot end fan is running constant and the parts fan runs as/when it should. I upgraded the heat break as well. I’ll get a couple good prints, and then it does it again. The extruder grinds through the filament like it’s got a clog from heat creep or bad Bowden tube. But then I can pull out the broken piece and push new filament through, basically, no clog. I’m stumped, getting frustrated. Any ideas would be appreciated.
