Im new to 3D printing…had my ender for about a year now. Its been a learning curve to say the least. I had to replace the toolhead breakout board, hotend assembly, got the correct rear fan for new board. Installed everything, including new nozzle, since i replaced entire hotend assembly. Started up the machine after getting everything replaced. Ran a self-check and got an error, The fix i found was to update firmware, so i did, When loading new filament, i attempted an extrude from the screen. The correct steps do not show, and the extrude button greys out for a minute then turns green again. I did a forced extrude by heating the tool head to ensure it was heating and filament would push through. no issues. reseated all cables, checked for bent pins.
when i go to the extrude\retract screen and choose extrude it doesnt show all the steps. Only heating, blank then finish/ finish
I’m at a complete loss as to what to do now. I did a reset to default, still not working.
Any suggestions?
