I just bought an Ender 3 V3 and when I put it to do automatic leveling, the head “attacked” the tray violently, as if it wanted to destroy it. In fact he scratched it and I assume the nozzle was damaged. Obviously the auto leveling failed. What should I do? Thank you so much.

Check the limit switch on the Z -axis, as suggested in the Creality Wiki, Start-Up Self-Test Nozzle Crashes Directly Into Build Platform | Creality Wiki
I would check that all is tightened up and check your belts, I had this happen once and my belts where loose. Tightened them and zero issues after that.
