Ender 3 V3 Error CL 2529 - Sensor de nivel

Title: Ender 3 V3 Plus – CL2529 Error Only When Starting Automatic Bed Leveling

Hello everyone.

I have a Creality Ender 3 V3 Plus that has been showing the CL2529 leveling sensor error for a long time.

The printer powers on and operates normally. When I run the self-check or equipment self-test, the printer completes the entire process successfully and reports that all components are working correctly.

However, when I specifically start the automatic bed-leveling process, the CL2529 error appears.

So far, I have tried the following:

  • I watched a troubleshooting video that recommended checking and tightening the screws around the leveling sensor.

  • I tightened and checked the screws, but the error continued.

  • I replaced the toolhead cover because the original cover was damaged.

  • I suspected that the damaged cover might have been pressing too hard against the sensor and causing an incorrect reading.

  • After installing a new cover, the problem was still present.

  • I also replaced the toolhead circuit board with a new one.

  • I visually checked the toolhead cables and connectors, but the error still appears.

To summarize:

  • The printer powers on normally.

  • The complete self-check finishes successfully.

  • The printer reports that all components are working correctly.

  • The CL2529 error only appears when automatic bed leveling is started.

Has anyone experienced this exact problem and found a permanent solution?

Is it possible that the self-check does not fully test the pressure sensor used during bed leveling?

Could the problem be caused by the pressure sensor or strain gauge located in the hotend assembly?

Could the cable connecting the toolhead to the mainboard be defective, even though the self-check completes successfully?

Is there a procedure to test the sensor with a multimeter or measure its output while gently applying pressure to the nozzle?

Would it be necessary to replace the leveling sensor, the toolhead cable, or the complete hotend assembly?

Any diagnostic procedure, electrical measurements, wiring information, or successful repair experience would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
