I bought this for my daughter two weeks ago. We have had no successful prints, except the preloaded files on the device. That was short lived.
Started with a z-axis leveling error. I callibrated the table and that seemed to work.
Next, it would print about 20% of the project and say complete. Dont know what to do about that.
Now, the temp goes to 230 degrees and the nozzle sits on the table during homing. Its set to 220 but the machine hangs up and i cant do anything with it. If i cancel, it sits until i hard shut down.
Im using files from the creality store. I’ve tried a dozen files that have worked on other machines. Even the factory files are freezing up.
Im new to 3d printing, so theres a lot i dont know. That being said, i feel like a new printer should work at least for the firat spool.
Help is appreciated.
