We have a Ender 3 V3 KE. It does the benchy just fine, but when we download other items in Creality Print it seems to print them in 2D not 3D. We are trying to make cookie cutters, seems simple but yet not. We import to Cookie Cad for a STL file, import to Creality and every other slicers in teh world and this is what we get…Any ideas?

Have you been able to export anything else from “Cookie Cad” and print successfully…?
Can you download a file from Creality Cloud like this one 
Heart and have it print correctly…?
Not familiar with Cookie Cad but it might be that the exported stl file is not compatible or correct.
I Tried printing the heart and it printed the same way as the picture above.
Print something like a cube and check how the first layer is laying down. Maybe send a picture here…
The problem could be:
Bed Level.
Nozzle distance from Bed.
Under extrusion.
