I’ve noticed now and the this “Error” issue.
I’m able to replicate it no problem and I THINK that I know what it is.
But I’d really like Creality to confirm this error and that it’s not an issue to be concerned about.
If I go into the Ender 3 V3 Plus’s web interface (enter its IP in a browser), in the section right below the blue arrow for homing, is a black area with the fan controls as well as the last one,
“LED light”.
I notice that when I “turn it off or on” this error appears. There’s a “confirm” button, when pressed it goes away. I just realized, it appears whether I’m turning on or off.
It doesn’t seem to be a probem, but I’m just curious if having the external LED kit installed would remove this error and just turn the external LED strips on and off. ???
Just curious.

I too have this same thing happening. There is a port on the board labeled LED. The 2 threaded M3 screw holes on the top of the gantry that lead me to believe it was a dropped feature or a future one. There is also an LED port behind the hotend front cover for what I suspect would be a nozzle light. I wonder when or if we will see these functions come to light. If you want another feature to cross your fingers for, there’s an AI Lidar port on the board also. The K1 max has the Lidar feature. I wonder if it will be activated on this machine or not.

I would also like to know if it is possible to turn on/off the external LED bar through the menu.
I’m new at printing and just bought the ender 3 v3 Plus and have a similar (if not the same) issue. I user Orca Slicer (2.3). I toggled the “LED Light” setting in Orca’s Device tab thinking it was the Creality logo light on the print head. It did nothing. After reading this post it sounds like that’s not what that toggle is for.
However, if I toggle that button either way while the machine is on, the next print will throw this 2069 error.
I tested this by rebooting the printer, not touching the toggle, and starting a print. Sure enough it printed. I can replicate the behavior if I toggle that switch at any point prior to a print.
Not sure if it help but it’s additional info
Here’s the button I mentioned in Orca Slicer (on the Device tab)
